As a Growing community of faith we believe that people grow in faith by serving. We partner with God in making disciples who trust God, obey God's Word, who are faithful, worshipful, humble, and eager to learn and serve. We give people the tools and opportunities to serve and make a difference in their homes, workplaces, communities, and world.
Serving in Our Music Ministry
Choir
Our Chancel Choir performs during our Sunday morning services from September - June and rehearses downstairs in the Choir Room at 8:45 a.m. on Sundays and 10:15 a.m. on Tuesdays. They welcome anyone who would like to join. Led by music director, Eileen Hannay. Bell Choir The Handbell Choir meets from September - June at 11:00 AM on Sunday mornings. They occasionally perform during our Sunday morning services. Anyone who wants to try the bells is invited to participate. Led by Mark Collier.

Serving in Worship We offer many opportunities to get involved in serving at our Sunday morning worship service. We invite you to prayerfully consider serving as a greeter, hosting a fellowship time, or working in sound/media. If you are interested in one of these areas please contact Eileen in the church office.
Serving in Our CommunityFood Pantry
The Food Pantry at HFUMC is open on Mondays 4:00-6:00 p.m. and Thursdays 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.. The Food Pantry has helped hundreds of people throughout our community. Non-perishable items are available to anyone in need once every 30 days. Serving in our free Tuesday Stone Soup LuncheonsEvery Tuesday we offer a free luncheon, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Everyone, from all walks of life, is invited to enjoy a meal among friends both new and old.
